Basically people person means someone who actually enjoy or particularly good at interacting with others. So I feel people person is good, because you will have a lot of connection and friends. These traits are essential for success.

I think either people person are those who are able to enjoy interacting with others and also who can have time just by them self when they needed to. And for me, either people person is the ideal type person. They are flexible with anyone yet they could have great time too when there’s none with them.
- How do you feel about loners?
I think there’s nothing bad for being an loner/introvert. Because loner usually tend to think first before speaking, while people person/extroverts do the other way around. These traits can be learned as well. For instance, introverts can learn to speak without any pause from thinking too much. Extroverts can learn to think first for one or two seconds prior to expressing verbally.
Now, are you more like an individualist or a collectivist?

I am quite positive. I am outgoing and like to make friends with everyone. I am very optimistic, but not very confident to show myself in such a public, but i will try to work on that. My friends love to hang with me i guess, since i love to make them laugh. Though i love to make a humor, i can be serious for project and work. Sometimes, I am a bit lazy.
